Before you use our services learn about the data protection
policy of 4smarts and its undertakings. If you think
that on the basis of the learnt information our company
will be a reliable partner for you in the collection,
storage and processing of personal information, we shall
be happy to be at your disposal. If you do not think
that the learnt data management method is not secure
please make a proposal
so that our services should also meet your requirements.

Security of Your Personal Data
During the registration process you will be asked to
give us data and information which are considered as
personal data (name, address, telephone number, data
related to your age,family status, the supply of which
is not compulsory for registration purposes).
Your personal data made available for us during the
registration process shall under no circumstances be
disclosed to anyone else without your specific consent.
The information,with which you introduce yourself, on
the web page allocated to you will only be loaded after
registration and You shall define the contents of that
information and You will be responsible for its contents.
4smarts shall exclude all liability for the information
published on the web by using our free of charge service
with the contents specified by You.
4smarts, in its capacity as a data manager, shall manage
and record you data, and only within the scope for which
you have given a specific authorisation, in full compliance
with the provisions of Act LIII./1992 on the protection
of personal data and the publicity of data for public
interest.
4smarts shall make available for access part of the
information (with the contents and in the manner specified
by you) entered into its database,i.e. it shall allow
third parties to have access to it. Your name and the
data required for establishing direct contact with you
(telephone number, e-mail,correspondence address, last/present
workplace) shall not be published. Such data will only
be disclosed to the extent required for establishing
contact,with your specific consent, to third parties,
who shall not be able to pass them on and who have undertake
to fully comply with the provisions of the data protection
rights in the agreement concluded with 4smarts in advance.
Method and Objective of Data Management
The data will be managed only by the employees of 4smarts
and no external (third party) parties shall be employed
for data management processes.The objective of data
management is to assist you, through our free of charge
service, to introduce yourself and make an appearance
using the opportunities of telecommunications and open
networks and that the information considered important
by you should be put into 4smarts's database. Third
parties have only limited access to that database and
this access is subject to specific terms and conditions.
Time Limit for Data Management
The data provided by you shall be managed by 4smarts
only as long as you require it. During the registration
we request you consent to managing the information provided
by you(personal data) in our database for 90 days. After
90 days we shall send you an e-mail asking whether you
require data management for further 90 days or you request
the deletion of the data.
Upon your request the data can also be deleted at any
time and in any other case.
Requirement of Fairness and Compliance
You and 4smartsestablished contact with each other
through a telecommunications device and information
supply takes place in an open network (Internet). This
requires compliance with increased control and security
requirements by 4smarts. Please do not consider it harassment
if our employee will phone you once on the telephone
number provided by you to see whether it was actually
you (and not someone else abusing your name and telephone
number) who approached us and provided(illegally) personal
data about yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
Technical Conditions for Data Protection
In accordance with the effective provisions of the
data protection law 4 smarts takes all efforts to make
sure that its services are secure for technical considerations.
In this context we do our best to prevent unauthorised
persons from accessing the personal data provided by
you, from changing, deleting or violating them. The
same also applies to the service providers who make
our internet pages available and who shall treat confidentially
all the information learnt by them as business secret.
Your Rights Regarding the Data Managed by us or
Method of Data Management
4smarts shall be at your disposal at any time to give
you information in relation to your personal data managed
by us. Should you feel that 4smarts does not proceed
properly,according to your expectations, in managing
your personal data, please indicate that fact to us
immediately in order to be able to investigate the case
and to be able to adjust our practice to your requirements.
You also have a right to turn to the data protection
commissioner with your complaint should there be a violation
of law or a risk of occurrence of such an event. In
this aspect you shall be entitled to the same legal
protection as the legal protection available to persons
making a complaint in the interest of the public.
If 4smarts, in its capacity as data manager, cause
a damage to you through unlawful data management practices,
or you suffer an injury as a result of violation of
the requirements of technical data protection (except
unavoidable causes which are outside the scope of data
management), 4smarts shall be liable for compensation
to you.
Please do not consider it as harassment if, in the
case of any questions or complaints reported in an e-mail
or through the phone, our employees contact you on the
telephone number specified by you: to the extent reasonably
expected we must make sure that it was you who requested
information from us and not someone else abused your
name wishing to create an unlawful situation.
Reply to Complaints, Supply of Information
Any complaint, requestor question concerning your
personal data and received from you shall be answered
by 4smarts in writing, and sent to the correspondence
address specified by you. Answers can only be given
on the phone or in an e-mail message in relation to
questions concerning technical problems of the service.
Telephone Contact with You
4smarts employees shall only contact you by phone
in justified cases and only in relation to the service
extended by 4smarts and used by you and they shall only
make such calls on the telephone number provided by
you. In addition to the above two cases,the objective
of the telephone contact is that, on the basis of the
information published by you within the framework of
our service, the interested employer intends to contact
you, we wish to inform you on the name and telephone
number,as well as e-mail address of the contact person
of the interested party and to ask your permission to
give you name and telephone number, e-mail address and
current/last workplace to the interested party. We shall
not disclose any other personal data of yours managed
by us (especially your address) to the interested parties
even if you have specifically authorised us to do so.
Contact with You via E-mail
Since your personal data provided to 4smarts are managed
by our company for a specific purpose(promotion of contacts),
from time to time we shall send you an e-mail asking
you whether you request us to manage you data for further
90 days or you wish your data to be deleted immediately.
Please answer the e-mail message in the manner indicated
in the message otherwise we shall assume that you have
withdrawn your consent for the management of the data
by our company (or it is no longer in your interest)
and we shall delete the data.
